Today’s social media outlets are not just being used for fun by tweens, teens, and younger adults. It is being used by older adults and even business owners. This might be a shock to some. But, Yes! Wow! Even businesses are now on social media. Why do you think businesses now use Social Media? That is easy to answer; it’s a way to expand your audience and let people know that you are here and ready for new customers. It brings in traffic that you wouldn’t normally have. Isn’t that what we all want; a simple and inexpensive way to bring in new traffic? It isn’t called the Super Informational Highway for no reason. Correct?
Now, that you are the hot spot on the Super Informational Highway. How do I keep their attention? Easy and simple! Have someone that keeps your presence up and running on the social media platform of your choice. Be engaged. Have fun. Post specials, events, announcements. Remember these two simple words: Attention Grabbers. Remember, there are a ton of other companies people can use. Make them have a reason to keep on coming back to you and keep their attention. Once you have the attention someone will tell someone that will tell someone and you will have so much business you won’t know what to do. Wait! Actually, after reading this you will know what to do.
To wrap up, I would like to put a simple Call to Action out there: grow your online presence like you grow your business. Give it some attention and love and it will blossom into something that you have never imagined. What’s the worst that can happen?
Wayne Dyer - "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change."
What do you see Facebook doing? Is it to brand your company? Is it just a waste of time? Just a kid thing? Another addiction?
If you see Facebook like I do; as a tool to brand yourself or a tool to enhance what you already have to the whole World Wide Web. Then you have come to the right blog.
Like Dr, Wayne Dyer says above about the way you look at things. Maybe at this exact moment you don't see Facebook as a enhancement tool. But, what if you look at it in a different view ( turn it upside down). Now, what do you see?
It is all about perspective. Right? What perspective of Facebook do you have now?
